Tyre stock, trade prices and bookings in one system
AutoChain keeps your tyre and consumable stock by warehouse with its value at a glance, and lets you search GroupTyre or Oak Tyres by size for your own trade prices and depot stock. Every tyre you pick goes onto the job with its cost and retail price.
What gets in the way
-
Every quote means another website
Checking the wholesaler, noting the cost, working out a retail price and typing it into the job takes time for every customer, and mistakes creep in.
-
Goods-in is a pile of invoices to type up
Each delivery means keying every tyre on the supplier invoice into stock by hand, usually at the end of a long day.
-
Nobody is sure what is in the rack
Tyres spread across a rack, a container and a second store, plus valves and wheel weights in a drawer, make it hard to say what you hold or what it is worth.
-
Customers want to book outside opening hours
Drivers often find the puncture or the worn tyre in the evening, when nobody is there to answer the phone.
The features that matter most
-
Tyre stock with stock value
Keep tyres and consumables such as valves, puncture plugs, wheel weights and tyre disposal across several warehouses, and add tyres by uploading a photo or PDF of the supplier invoice.
