GroupTyre stock and trade prices, inside AutoChain
Search GroupTyre by tyre size while you add a tyre to a booking or job, see your own cost prices and stock at each depot, and add the tyre you pick with its prices already filled in.
Quote a tyre without ringing round
When a customer asks for a tyre price, most garages check the wholesaler's site, note the cost, work out a retail price and type it into the job. With GroupTyre connected, that search happens inside AutoChain, on the screen where you add the tyre.
Search by size and AutoChain shows GroupTyre's brands with your own account's cost prices and stock at each depot. Pick one and it goes onto the job with cost and retail prices, so the quote is right first time.
You then order from GroupTyre in the usual way.

Search GroupTyre by tyre size
When you add a tyre service to a booking or job, search GroupTyre by size, for example 205/55R16. Results are grouped by brand, with your account's cost price, a retail price and stock at each depot. Managers can also search from Wholesaler Search under Wheels & Tyres.
-
Add the tyre to the job
Pick a tyre, set the quantity and warehouse, and mark it To be ordered, Ordered or In stock. AutoChain adds it to the job with its cost and retail prices and keeps it in your tyre stock.

Faster tyre quotes
Search by size and see brands, prices and stock in one place, on the screen where you are already building the job.
-
No re-keying

-
Your own trade prices
Prices come from your GroupTyre account, not a list price, so your margin is right before you quote.
-
Stock you can see
Stock is shown per GroupTyre depot, so you know what is available before you promise the customer a fitting date.
