Sage Accounting, kept up to date for you
Connect Sage Accounting once and every invoice, payment and credit note goes straight across, with labour, parts, tyres and MOT on their own nominal codes and the car's registration as the reference. Supplier bills follow too.
Sage books that keep up with the workshop
With Sage Accounting connected, AutoChain sends your accounts the work as it happens. Issue an invoice and it is in Sage. Take a payment and Sage marks it paid. Raise a credit note and it follows.
Every invoice is split the way your accountant wants it: labour, parts, tyres, consumables and MOT each post to their own nominal code, and AutoChain checks those codes exist in your Sage chart of accounts. The car's registration goes in the Sage reference so you can find any job by the car.

What it saves your garage
-
No more Friday catch-up

-
Books your accountant likes
Labour, parts, tyres and MOT on their own nominal codes, checked against your Sage chart before anything is sent.
-
Find any job by the car
The registration is the Sage reference on every invoice, so searching Sage by the car just works.

Straight answers to what garages ask us about this integration.
Does the Sage integration cost extra?
No. Sage sync is part of the AutoChain core plan. You need your own Sage Accounting subscription.
Does it work with Sage 50?
The live sync is for Sage Accounting (the cloud product). For Sage 50 desktop, download your sales as a Sage 50 CSV from AutoChain and import it.
What syncs to Sage?
Sales invoices, payments, credit notes and customer contacts, plus supplier bills when you record a supplier invoice against a purchase order.
Can I use Sage and Xero at the same time?
