All of HaynesPro, built into AutoChain
Repair times, servicing, timing belts, wiring diagrams, fuses and relays, TSBs and recalls and more, all inside your garage management system. Open it from any job, and every technician, advisor and manager can use it for one price per site.
Every HaynesPro tab, inside your GMS
AutoChain includes all of HaynesPro's workshop data, not a cut-down version. Look up any car by registration, or open HaynesPro from a job, and it loads for that car. There is no separate HaynesPro account or login.
Repair times go straight onto the job as labour. Servicing works out which service is due from the mileage and age, and adding it brings the labour time, the service tasks as a checklist, and the parts the service needs, such as engine oil of the right grade and quantity, ready for you to price and order.
Everyone in the garage can use it. Technicians, service advisors and managers all get HaynesPro on their own login, and the add-on is one price per site however many people use it.

What it saves your garage
-
One screen, not two
No separate technical data site or login. HaynesPro opens from the job, already on the right car.
-
Published labour times
Repair times go onto the job from HaynesPro, so quotes and invoices use published times instead of guesses or retyped numbers.
-
The right service, first time
Servicing picks the service that is due for the car's mileage and age, so you quote the right work and can explain why.
-
Parts you will not forget
Adding a service brings the parts it needs, including the right oil grade and quantity, so nothing is missed when you order.
-
Every user, one price
Technicians, advisors and managers all use HaynesPro on their own login for £49.99 a month + VAT per site. No per-user charges.
-
Nothing left out
Wiring, fuses and relays, timing belts, TSBs and recalls sit beside repair times and servicing, so the answer is always in the same place.
Settings > Subscription

HaynesPro and AutoChain: common questions
Straight answers to what garages ask us about this integration.
How much does HaynesPro cost?
HaynesPro is an optional add-on at £49.99 per month plus VAT, per site. Add-ons are billed from the day you add them, including during any free month on the core plan.
Can my technicians use HaynesPro?
Yes. Technicians, service advisors and managers all have HaynesPro on their own login. Technicians also get Service Info (oil capacity, oil grade and wheel nut torque) and HaynesPro brake limits inside every vehicle health check on their phone. The add-on is one price per site, with no per-user charges.
What HaynesPro data is included?
All of HaynesPro's workshop data, in eleven tabs: Repair Times, Servicing, Timing Belt, Repair Information, Wiring Diagrams, Diagnostics, TSBs & Recalls, Locations & Drawings, Fuses & Relays, Repair Manuals and Warning Lights. Health checks also use HaynesPro brake limits and tyre sizes.
Do I need my own HaynesPro account?
No. HaynesPro is supplied through AutoChain as an add-on, so there is no separate login. Open it from a job or look up any registration from the HaynesPro screen.
Can I add HaynesPro work to estimates and bookings too?
Yes. HaynesPro work can be added from the add work items window on jobs, bookings and estimates, as well as from the HaynesPro screen opened from a job.
Does HaynesPro price the parts?
HaynesPro adds the parts a service needs by name and quantity, such as the oil grade and how many litres. You add your own price before the estimate or invoice goes out, and AutoChain reminds you if a part still needs one.
